Place the unwashed and hair-free items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.

Print and Ship

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned pet apparel, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
